Journal of food and nutrition is an open access journal providing the ultimate platform for researchers to exchange their work in the field of human nutrition. In the present era it has become inevitable to maintain proper and healthy diet in order to avoid and prevent a number of health issues. The journal spans a wide range of subjects like Molecular nutrition, Nutritional effects of food composition and processing, Nutrition and the Environment, Nutrition and Economics, Dietary patterns and health, nutritional deficiency disorders, food chemistry, etc.


Iore journal of food and nutrition aims at generating quality articles freely available through peer-review process within defined time frame of 15 days after acceptance. We welcome original research article, review, case study, letter to editor and short communications related to food and nutrition science. We aim at providing best services to authors with minimal publishing charges. Iore membership plan allows members to avail publication fee waiver up to 50%.
